Seldon hires new VP of Alliances to build out the company’s growing partner network

Seldon is excited to have appointed Keith Bush as the company’s new Vice President of Alliances. Reporting directly to founder and CEO Alex Housley, Keith is responsible for developing Seldon’s global alliances and strategic partnerships after previously spending time at Apple, Box, PwC as well as various early stage start-ups in the US.

As more companies embrace the capabilities of machine learning (ML), Keith’s role will be instrumental in increasing awareness of the need for modern MLOps solutions in the enterprise. His work will help to ensure Seldon’s story is deeply embedded within this narrative as the company continues to shape the future of MLOps and help organisations improve the time-to-market for their ML initiatives.

Keith brings more than eleven years of impressive experience to Seldon, having previously worked in both enterprise technology and management consulting roles. He joins the team in London from a Series B healthcare SaaS start-up in the US, where as the SVP of Operations he steered the company’s go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and business operations efforts before it was acquired in early 2021.

Keith also recently spent several years at Apple in New York City, where he managed strategic alliances and developed new revenue programs for their enterprise sales business – working closely with global partners like IBM, Deloitte, Salesforce, and a wide range of independent software vendors (ISVs). Keith subsequently moved to London, driving revenue growth and expanding Apple’s digital wallet and services offerings across Europe as part of the Apple Pay team.

Keith started his career as a management consultant at PwC, where he led strategic advisory engagements for large technology and telecommunications customers. His work focused largely on corporate strategy, new product deployments, and organisational design before moving to the cloud content management company Box – spending several years in their enterprise sales and customer success organisations.

Keith will work closely with Seldon’s leadership and direct sales team to build new partnerships with technology providers and nurture existing relationships with other ISVs and implementation experts. As VP of Alliances, Keith’s core priorities include growing a global partnerships team at Seldon that will further support the company’s ability to bring Seldon Deploy to enterprises around the world. Specifically, his team will focus on complementing Seldon’s existing capabilities with new partner offerings, strengthening relationships with major cloud platform providers, and working with implementation partners to bring bespoke solutions using Seldon technology to a wide range of enterprise customers.

Working alongside recent strategic hires VP of Product, Tanu Chellam and Head of People and Talent, Amy Darlow, Keith will support Seldon’s product development roadmap while promoting advocacy of Seldon’s product offerings among customers and partners. He will also focus on expanding Seldon’s geographic reach and building the company’s global footprint in new territories, such as Asia, the Middle East, and Africa while supporting Seldon’s continued growth in the Americas.

Welcoming the new appointment, Alex Housley, founder and CEO at Seldon, said:

“Keith joins us with more than a decade of experience in building world-class alliances and channel partner ecosystems. As we move to our next stage of growth, Keith’s experience will be invaluable in ensuring Seldon can continue to make its mark as a leader in enterprise machine learning deployment, monitoring and explainability infrastructure. Our partners play a key part in maximising the value of Seldon for our customers, so I’m pleased to have Keith on the team to help execute our go-to-market strategy and to strengthen both our new and existing partnerships.”

Commenting on his new role, Keith Bush, VP of Alliances at Seldon, added:

“I’m excited to join Seldon and immediately get to work building out a robust global partner network. I’ve witnessed the incredible impact alliances can have on a company’s growth and market reach during my time at multiple enterprise sales organisations, and I’m eager to bring this approach to Seldon. The team has built an enterprise-ready product that is incredibly relevant to what we’re seeing in the market, too – especially as more and more companies fully embrace the impact that machine learning can have on their business. At a crucial time in our growth journey, I look forward to driving our global go-to-market strategy by working alongside great technology providers, implementation partners, and AI/ML platforms around the world.”
